What to expect when booking Drag Queen Layla Zee Susan

We will respond to let you know if Layla is available on the date(s) you give us and to propose a booking fee.  Booking fees vary depending on demand, travel costs and requested show length so we will write to you with a formal quotation valid for 7 days.  

We offer a reduction in the standard show fee if you book multiple shows at one event, on the same day/weekend or at the same location.  Please mention if you would like multiple shows in your enquiry.

Upon issue of quotation, we will hold your requested date(s) for a maximum of 7 days before releasing.  A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total quoted booking fee is payable upon booking confirmation to secure your dates.

 

Booking

Contact us to receive a quote. We calculate travel costs on a case by case basis.  Booking fees are adjusted for seasonal demand and all booking fees are subject to VAT at 20%.

If you would like to book Layla, please complete the booking enquiry form and we will write to you with a formal quotation valid for 7 days.

 

Payment terms

• A deposit of 30% is payable on confirmation of booking.
• 90 days before your booking 60% of the total booking fee is payable.
• 30 days before your booking 100% of the total booking fee is payable.

We will issue a VAT invoice for the full amount and let you know how much to pay on what dates once your booking is confirmed.

 

Travel

Travel costs are charged at cost from Layla's home to your event and back again.  Where necessary and appropriate these costs will include mileage at 45p per mile, airfare, train, taxi or bus fares, hotel accommodation and meals away from home. 

 

Riders

Layla needs support from at least one other person and in some cases, two.  We will therefore need at least two passes for Layla's support team to access restricted areas accompanying Layla.

 

Cancellation

Once a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation terms will apply:

If Layla cancels, you will receive a full refund including your deposit.

If you decide to cancel Layla:

Term	% of the total refunded
91 days or more before your event	70% of the total refunded
61-90 days	60% of the total refunded
31-60 days	40% of the total refunded
Less than 31 days	20% of the total refunded

Refunds are calculated on the booking total, less any funds not already paid. If, when you cancel, you haven't paid the full booking amount, we will deduct the outstanding balance from the refund we give you.
